• Then we meet once a week for 30 minutes to:

  • adapt methods to your needs

  • give personal and feedback via Zoom-Sessions

  • keep you on track — without pressure, at your own pace.

  • stay in contact via WhatsApp 24/7

  • for at least 8 weeks

  •  if needed we can continue after 8 weeks without additional costs
